摘　　要：全人类共同价值理念是当代人类社会在全球化发展的关键时刻,以习近平同志为核心的党中央应对世界之变、时代之变和历史之变所提出的具有重大世界意义的价值理念。这一价值理念所回答的是时代之问、当代人类之问,是体现全球性时代的时代精神之精华,是马克思主义在当代人类社会条件下的创造性发展,是马克思的全人类胸怀在当代条件下的展现和推进。同时,全人类共同价值的全人类性,又体现了中国传统文化的优秀文化基因。全人类共同价值理念将中国传统的天下观在当代世界条件下真正扩展到全人类,体现了中国哲学在现代条件下的创造性转化能力。全人类共同价值又是指导协和万邦的价值精神。The value concept of the common values of all mankind answers the questions of the times and contemporary mankind,which is the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s answer the questions of the time and the world,and is the essence of the spirit of the times reflecting the global era,and is the creative development of Marxism under the conditions of contemporary human society,and is the display and promotion of Marx’s whole human mind under contemporary conditions.At the same time,the humanity of the common value of all mankind also reflects the excellent cultural gene of Chinese traditional culture.The common value concept of all mankind truly extends the traditional Chinese view of the world(天下)to all mankind under the contemporary world conditions,reflecting the creative transformation ability of Chinese philosophy under the modern conditions.The common value of all mankind is also the value spirit guiding the harmony of all nations.
