摘 要:目的:探讨EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)抗体谱在儿童EBV感染中的应用。方法:选取住院患儿60例,根据EBV DNA表达量分为EBV DNA阳性组(29例)和EBV DNA阴性组(31例)。根据两组患者EBV抗体谱结果,分析儿童EBV的感染状态。结果:60例住院儿童EBV衣壳抗原(viral capsid antigens,VCA)-IgG阳性率最高为80.00%,其次为核抗原(nuclear antigen,NA)-IgG 48.33%;通过VCA-IgG、VCA-IgM、NA-IgG这3种抗体,判断患者的感染状态,EBV DNA阳性患儿典型既往感染的比例最高(72.41%),EBV DNA阴性患儿非典型既往感染的比例最高(41.94%);EBV DNA阳性患儿4项主要EBV抗体均增高。结论:EBV在住院儿童中的感染比例较高,EBV抗体谱的检测为EBV感染的诊断和感染状态分析提供了有效的依据。Objective:To investigate the application of Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)antibody spectrum in diagnosing EBV-infected children.Methods:A total of 60 hospitalized children were selected and divided into EBV DNA positive group(29 cases)and EBV DNA negative group(31 cases)based on the level of EBV DNA.And the infection status of EBV among children was analyzed by comparing the results of EBV antibody spectrum between the two groups.Results:The positive rate of EBV viral capsid antigen(VCA)-IgG in 60 hospitalized children was the highest(80.00%),followed by nuclear antigen(NA)-IgG,which was 48.33%.The infection status of patients was determined by VCA-IgG,VCA-IgM and NA-IgG antibodies.EBV DNA-positive children had the most proportion of typical previous infections(72.41%),and Children who tested negative for EBV DNA had the highest proportion of previous atypical infections(41.94%).Four major EBV antibodies showed increased levels in children who tested positive for EBV DNA.Conclusion:The study found a high infection rate of EBV in hospitalized children.The detection of EBV antibody spectrum provides an effective basis for diagnosing EBV infection and analyzing infection status.
