摘　　要：中华护理学会骨科护理专业委员会于2020年11月发布了《骨科患者器械相关压力性损伤预防专家共识》,旨在为器械相关压力性损伤的预防提供规范指导和建议。本文从器械相关压力性损伤的定义与发展、评估、干预及教育等方面,对该专家共识的要点内容进行解读,并进行一定的临床延伸,旨在促进骨科临床医护人员了解预防器械相关压力性损伤的重要性,进一步推进骨科患者器械相关压力性损伤的治疗与预防工作,进而提高临床护理质量、减少患者痛苦。In November 2020,the Orthopedic Nursing Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association issued the Expert Consensus on Prevention of Device⁃related Pressure Injury in Orthopedics,aiming to provide normative guidance and suggestions for the prevention of device-related pressure injuries.This article interprets the expert consensus from the definition and development,assessment,intervention and education of device-related pressure injuries,and makes some clinical extensions.It aims to raise awareness of the importance of preventing device-related pressure injuries among clinical healthcare providers in orthopedics and further promote the treatment and prevention of device-related pressure injuries in orthopedics,thus further improving the quality of clinical nursing and reducing patients'pain.
