摘  要:通过添加不同质量分数的二氧化肽(TiO_(2)),在牵伸比分别为3.5和4.0的条件下制备聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)长丝,采用光谱分析法研究TiO_(2)对PET长丝视觉屏蔽性能的影响。结果表明:当牵伸比为3.5和4.0时,随着TiO_(2)质量分数的增加,PET长丝的反射率呈上升趋势,而透射率则逐渐下降,有效增强了PET长丝的视觉屏蔽性能。当TiO_(2)质量分数在0~3%时,PET长丝反射率和透射率的变化较TiO_(2)质量分数为3%~9%时的变化更为明显,表明PET长丝视觉屏蔽性能的改善随着TiO_(2)质量分数的增加有所减缓。Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)filaments were produced by adding various mass fraction of TiO_(2)at the draw ratios of 3.5 and 4.0 respectively.Effect of TiO_(2)on visual shielding property of the PET filaments was investigated by the spectroscopy measurement.The results indicate that the light reflectance of the PET filaments shows a rising trend and the light transmittance decreases with the increase of the TiO_(2)mass fraction at both the draw ratios of 3.5 and 4.0,which facilitates the enhancement of visual shielding property effectively.The variations of the light reflectance and light transmittance are more obvious when the TiO_(2)mass fraction ranges from 0 to 3%compared with those within the TiO_(2)mass fraction of 3%to 9%,suggesting that the improvement of the visual shielding property slows down as the mass fraction of TiO_(2)increases.
