摘　　要：某型飞机地板网格保型架通过输入转轴接头带动并支撑保型架翻转,从而带动地板网格从垂直状态翻转为水平状态。对保型架翻转过程中输入的转轴接头进行了受力分析,并校核了转轴强度、转轴与转轴固定板的焊接强度以及转轴固定板与保型架连接的强度。The jig of floor grid of a certain aircraft is driven and supported to flip by the input shaft joint,thereby driving the floor grid to flip from a vertical state to a horizontal state.The force analysis is conducted on the input shaft joint during the flip process of jig.The shaft strength,the welding strength of shaft and shaft fixing plate,and the connection strength of shaft fixing plate and jig are verified.
