摘　　要：针对某型飞机进气道加强箍裂纹故障现象,对故障原因进行了分析,通过力学分析、外场检查情况和零件设计制造分析,找出了故障原因。通过对零件薄弱部位进行加强,降低应力水平,解决了进气道加强箍裂纹故障问题。Aiming at the cracks of a certain aircraft air intake reinforcement hoop,the paper analyzes the fault cause.The fault cause is identified through force analysis,field inspection,and component design and manufacturing analysis.By reinforcing the week area of the parts and reducing the stress level,the problem of cracks in inlet reinforcement hoop is solved.
