基于SWAM模型的二元水循环与区域水资源配置匹配度研究

摘  要:为了实现水资源的高效利用和可持续发展,通过SWAM模型,获得合理准确的区域水资源配置和二元水循环分布二者匹配度综合评价结果。在此基础上,对松花江流域的水资源合理配置与水循环分布的合理性做出评判。运用SWAM模型完成研究区域的水循环模拟,并且在各类约束下选择最优的多目标平衡稳定的水资源配置。结果表明:使用区域二元水资源循环系统匹配度最大的区域水资源分配方法,在P=50%时,其所对应的天然流域水资源总需求量为145.5亿m^(3),总缺水量为3.9亿m^(3),总缺水率为2.3%;在P=90%时,其所对应的天然流域水资源总需求量为165.7亿m^(3),总缺水量为16.8亿m^(3),总缺水率为11.3%。SWAM模型所模拟的二元水循环与水资源配置方案的匹配度可以全方位揭示经济用水过程和天然水文循环过程间相互作用,在保证二元水循环系统正常运作的基础上,为区域水资源配置提供参考。To realize efficient utilization and sustainable development of water resources,SWAM model was used in this study,and reasonable and accurate comprehensive evaluation of regional water resources allocation and dual water cycle distribution were obtained.On this basis,the rational allocation of water resources and the distribution of water circulation in a certain area were evaluated.The water cycle simulation of Songhua River Basin was completed with SWAM model,and the optimal multi-objective,balanced and stable water resource configuration was selected with all kinds of constraints.The results showed that under this method,when P=50%,the corresponding total water demand of natural basin was 14.55 billion m^(3),the total water shortage was 390 million m^(3),and the total water shortage rate was 2.3%;Besides,when P=90%,the corresponding total water demand of natural basin was 16.57 billion m^(3),the total water shortage was 1.68 billion m^(3),and the total water shortage rate was 11.3%.The matching study of the SWAM dual water cycle and water resources allocation scheme simulated by the SWAM model fully revealed the interaction between economic and natural hydrological processes,thus providing a reference for regional water resources allocation while ensuring the normal operation of the dual water cycle system.
