摘  要:为解决小口径塑料排水管道发生严重变形、破裂、塌陷时的修复难题,提出非开挖环切复顶置换修复技术,将原管道和坍塌部位全部旋转切割清除后带入新管,以达到等径或扩径置换修复的目的。将环切复顶置换工艺应用于武汉光谷七路污水管道修复中,结果表明:该工艺可有效修复出现二级以上变形、破裂的300~800 mm管径塑料排水管道,并解决静压裂管水平受力易卡钻头问题。In order to solve the problem of trenchless repair when the small diameter plastic drainage pipe was seriously deformed,broken or collapsed,the repairing technology of circumgyration incision and pipe jacking replacement was proposed.All the original pipe and the collapsed part of pipe were removed and brought into a new pipe after rotating cutting,so as to achieve the purpose of equal diameter or expanded diameter replacement.The circumgyration incision and pipe jacking replacement technology was applied in sewage pipe repair of Optics Valley 7th road in Wuhan City,and the results showed that this technology can effectively solve the plastic drainage pipes with a pipe diameter of 300~800 mm that were at or above level 2 deformed or broken,and also the problem that the drill bit of static fracturing pipe was prone to be stuck under horizontal force.
