摘  要:泄水闸对水利水电工程的安全运行具有重要意义,为实现设备运行状态的实时监测,以峡江水利枢纽工程的弧形泄水闸为例,通过需求分析确定了在线监测的内容及监测方法,利用有限元分析、现代传感技术和数据传输技术,建立了泄水闸实时监测系统。系统包括监测设备层、信息感知层、现场数据采集层等,采用B/S架构,实现传感器管理、运行状态展示、数据分析、安全性评价和运维管理等功能,实现了泄水闸结构应力、振动、运行姿态、液压启闭机振动和液压油清洁度的在线监测,为水工金属结构数字化安全运维技术提供参考。The sluice gate is of great significance to the safe operation of water conservancy and hydropower projects.In order to realize the real-time monitoring of the operation status of the sluice gate,taking the arc sluice gate of Xiajiang Hydro-junction Project as an example,the content and monitoring method of online monitoring were analyzed.Using finite element analysis,modern sensing technology and data transmission technology,a real-time monitoring system for the sluice gate was established,which included the monitoring mechanical floor,information perception layer and data collection layer,etc.The software system adopted a B/S architecture,which had functions such as sensor management,operation status display,data analysis,safety evaluation,and operation and maintenance management.The system had achieved the monitoring of structural stress,vibration,operating attitude,motor vibration and hydraulic oil cleanliness of sluice gate.It can provide reference for digital safe operation and maintenance technology of hydraulic metal structures.
