国际交往中心建设背景下北京教育国际化高质量发展路径研究

摘　　要：北京作为国家对外开放的核心城市,持续推进北京国际交往中心建设,做好北京教育对外开放工作,既是实现北京教育现代化的必然要求,也是提升北京教育及城市国际竞争力与影响力的重要途径。通过深入总结“十三五”期间北京教育国际化工作的开展情况与主要成果,分析当前发展形势下的新要求、新变化以及新内涵,从加强统筹规划、加大创新力度、聚焦人才培养和健全完善涉外治理体系4个方面,探讨国际交往中心建设背景下北京教育国际化高质量发展的路径与目标,以期推动北京开创更全方位、更宽领域、更多层次、更加主动的教育对外开放新局面。As the core city of China's opening up to the outside world,education in Beijing continues to promote the construction of its international communication center and the opening up education in Beijing to the outside world,which is not only an inevitable requirement for the education modernization in Beijing,but also an important way to enhance education in Beijing and the city's international competitiveness and influence.Through in-depth summarising of the development and main achievements of the education internationalization in Beijing during the“13th Five Year Plan”period,this paper analyzes the new requirements,new changes and new connotations under the current development situation,and discusses the path and goal of high-quality development of Beijing's education internationalization in the context of the construction of the Beijing international communication center from four aspects of strengthening overall planning,increasing innovation,focusing on talent training and improving the foreign-related governance system,in order to promote Beijing to create a new situation of opening up education in a more comprehensive,wide-ranging,multi-level,and proactive way.
