摘  要:如何讲好中国企业故事,阐释中国企业实践,是工商管理专业硕士(MBA)课程思政值得深入思考和探索的重要问题。以中央民族大学工商管理专业硕士为例,根据专业特点和培养目标,系统分析课程思政的难点和重点,从课前、课中和课后的全过程探讨课程思政的教学设计和具体思路,对运营管理课程的知识单元、课程思政映射及预期目标融入进行体系设计,为MBA课程思政提供新的借鉴和启示。How to tell the story of Chinese enterprises well and explain the practice of Chinese enterprises is an important issue worthy of in-depth thinking and exploration in the ideological and political education through all curricula of the Taking the Master of Business Administration(MBA)program.MBA of Minzu University of China as an example,according to the professional characteristics and training objectives,this paper systematically analyzes the difficulties and key points of ideological and political education of the course,discusses the teaching design and specific ideas of the ideological and political education in the whole process of curriculum before class,during class and after class,and makes the system design of the knowledge unit,the ideological and political mapping of the course and the integration of expected goals,which has certain reference significance for the ideological and political education through all curricula of MBA.
