摘 要:目前,输配电网中所使用的配电变压器多为冷轧取向硅钢片铁心励磁变压器,与电力系统直接相连。随着硅钢片铁心励磁变压器引起的空载损耗,变压器经常发生较大待机功耗。非晶合金铁心励磁配电变压器的铁心励磁主要采用非晶态合金铁心材料作为非晶合金铁心励磁变压器的材料,与市场上采用硅钢片合金铁心制造的硅钢片合金励磁配电变压器比较,其产生的空载励磁损耗大大降低。节能降损提高效率有很多途径,一般通过磁性材料的更新及铁心结构、线圈结构的改变,让非晶态合高磁导率得以最大化运用,获取最大的经济效益。At present,most of the distribution transformers used in transmission and distribution networks are cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet iron core excitation transformers,which are directly connected to the power system.With the no-load losses caused by silicon steel sheet iron core excitation transformers,the transformers often experience large standby power consumption.The amorphous alloy core excitation distribution transformer uses amorphous alloy core material as the material for the amorphous alloy core excitation transformer,and the market uses silicon steel sheet alloy core manufacturing silicon steel sheet alloy excitation distribution transformer compared to the no-load excitation loss generated by it is greatly reduced.There are many ways to reduce energy losses and improve efficiency,generally through the renewal of magnetic materials,core structure,coil structure changes,amorphous state combined with high magnetic permeability to maximize the use,to obtain maximum economic benefits.
