摘 要:双轴永磁同步电机具有结构简单、高效率的特点.电机在不平衡负载条件下,两个转子位置会发生变化,此时电机的反电势也会因两转子磁场的共同作用而发生畸变,从而影响电机平稳运行.针对这一问题,建立了电机的仿真模型,利用三维有限元分析方法进行分析,仿真了电机两个转子在不同角度位置时的反电势特性和不平衡负载下的扭矩特性等瞬态电磁特性.在仿真的基础上,利用样机对仿真结果进行了实验测试.有限元分析和实验测试结果均表明:电机在不平衡条件下,电机的反电势的确会发生畸变,这为快速选择合适的控制策略及提高电机整体性能提供了依据.The efficiency and simplicity of the two-axis permanent magnet synchronous motor define it.Due to unequal loads,the motor's counter potential is distorted by the combined action of the two rotors'magnetic fields,which affects the rotor's smooth operation.In order to solve this issue,a simulation model of the motor is created and examined by using three-dimensional finite element analysis.This model simulates the motor's transient electromagnetic characteristics,such as the torque characteristics and the counter-potential characteristics in the condition of the both rotors at various angular positions.Based on the simulations,the results are tested experimentally by using a prototype motor.Both the finite element analysis and the experimental test results show that the motor's counter potential is indeed distorted under unbalanced conditions,which also provides a reliable basis for the rapid selection of a suitable control strategy and the improvement of the overall motor performance.
