针灸联合手法在正脊软组织损伤治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸联合手法治疗正脊软组织损伤的临床效果。方法:选择2019年12月~2021年12月我院收治的正脊软组织损伤患者114例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各57例,对照组采用手法治疗,观察组采用针灸联合手法治疗,对两组治疗前后的中医证候积分、疼痛程度、脊椎功能、脊柱活动度进行比较。结果:治疗后,观察组中医证候积分中主症、次症评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组、日本骨科协会评估量表(JOA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胸廓活动度、指地距、枕墙距均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合手法在正脊软组织损伤治疗中具有较高的临床价值,可改善患者的临床症状、疼痛程度、颈椎及腰椎功能、脊柱活动度,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with manipulation in the treatment of spinal soft tissue injury.Methods:A total of 114 patients with spinal soft tissue injury who were treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=57)and observation group(n=57)according to the number table method,the control group treated with manipulation,while observation group treated with acupuncture combined with manipulation,and the TCM symptom scores,pain degree,spine function,and spinal mobility were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the main symptom and secondary symptom scores of the TCM symptom score in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the pain visual analog scale(VAS)score in observation group was lower than that in control group,as assessed by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Table(JOA)score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the thoracic activity,finger-to-ground distance,and pillow-to-wall distance in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with manipulation has high clinical value in the treatment of spinal soft tissue injury,and can improve patients'clinical symptoms,pain level,spine function,and spinal mobility,and is worthy of promotion.
