五输穴针刺联合腰痛宁胶囊、刺血拔罐对血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)采用五输穴针刺联合腰痛宁胶囊、刺血拔罐的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年11月至2022年5月我院收治的血瘀型LDH患者共计110例,根据随机摸球法分成观察组(n=55)与对照组(n=55),对照组采用腰痛宁胶囊、刺血拔罐治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合五输穴针刺治疗,对两组临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、日本骨科学会(JOA)评分、生活质量进行比较。观察组在对照组基础上联合五输穴针刺治疗,对两组临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、日本骨科学会(JOA)评分、生活质量进行比较。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组;治疗后,两组患者的VAS、ODI评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),JOA评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的VAS、ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05),JOA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组生理功能、情感功能、健康功能评分明显提高(P<0.05),观察组较对照组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:五输穴针刺联合腰痛宁胶囊、刺血拔罐应用于血瘀型LDH患者治疗中,可提高临床疗效,降低VAS、ODI评分,提高JOA评分,改善生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Five Shu point acupuncture combined with Yaotongning capsule and pricking blood cupping on blood stasis type lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LDH).Methods:A total of 110 patients with blood stasis type LDH admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to may 2022 were selected and divided into observation group according to random ball touching method(n=55)compared with the control group(n=55).The control group was treated with Yaotongning capsule and pricking blood cupping.The observation group was treated with Wushu point acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain visual analog score(VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI),Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score and quality of life of the two groups were compared.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Wushu point penetration acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue score(VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI),Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:the total effective rate of the observation groupwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of vas and ODI in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),The observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the JOA score of the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and that of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of physiological function,emotional function and health function of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and that of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wushu point acupuncture combined with Yaotongning capsule and blood pricking cupping can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce vas and ODI scores,improve JOA scores and improve the quality of life in patients with blood stasis type LDH.
