摘　　要：总结傅立新教授运用“调神理气”针法治疗抑郁症经验。傅立新教授认为脑神失养与气机失调是抑郁症的核心病机,临证以“调神醒脑,疏理气机”为基本治则,以“气血冲和”贯穿始终。组方以调神方(百会、四神聪、印堂、神庭、风池、完骨、神门、内关)、理气方(合谷、太冲、中脘、气海、足三里、三阴交)为基础,其中中脘穴和气海穴采用芒针针法及引导式呼吸吐纳针法,并结合患者病情辨证加减,疗效显著,为临床治疗抑郁症提供了新思路。Summarize Professor Fu Lixin's experience in treating depression with needling method of"regulating spirit and qi".Professor Fu Lixin believes that brain gods loss and qi disorder are the core pathogenesis of depression.The clinical treatment takes"regulating spirit and the qi machine"as the basic treatment rule,and"qi and blood harmony"runs through the whole process.The group is based on Tiaoshen Prescription(Baihui,Sishencong,Yintang,Shenting,Fengchi,Wangu,Shenmen,Neiguan),Tongqi Prescription(Hegu,Taichong,Zhongwan,Qihai,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao).Among them,Zhongwan acupoint and Qihai acupoint adopt mango needle and guided respiratory spit acupuncture.combined with syndrome differentiation of patients'conditions,adjusting the prescription,theraputic effect is remarkable,providing a new way of thinking for clinical treatment of depression.
