摘　　要：尪痹又称为顽痹,其病因复杂、病程长,需长期服用温燥辛散之药控制病情进展,日久易劫伤阴液,造成患者肝肾亏虚、气血不足,而形体羸弱,神怯瘦损。本文基于“久病入络”理论从病因病机、治法方药等方面对尪痹进行论述,明确了从络病论治尪痹,当把握阴虚络阻的病因病机,以补肾、滋阴为治疗之本,通络的同时注意固护脾胃功能,结合患者体质遣方用药,以期为痹证日久的患者提供新的治疗思路。Rheumatoid arthritis etiology is complex,the course of the disease is long,it is necessary to take warm and spicy medicine for a long time to control the progression of the disease,and it is easy to rob the vaginal fluid for a long time,resulting in liver and kidney deficiency,insufficient qi and blood,and manifested as weak body and timidity and thinness.Based on the theory of"prolonged illness enters into venation",this paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis,treatment prescriptions,etc.,and clarifies that the treatment of Yin paralysis from the theory of network disease should grasp the etiology and pathogenesis of Yin deficiency and network obstruction,take kidney tonification and yin nourishment as the basis of treatment,pay attention to the function of fixing the spleen and stomach while passing the network,and combine the patient's constitution to send prescription medicine.In order to provide new treatment ideas for patients with long-term paralysis.
