脊段督脉与交感神经针刺治疗研究进展

摘　　要：近年来现代医学取穴加入针刺治疗并取得明显疗效的案例屡见不鲜,现代医学与传统医学理论结合,共同指导针灸治疗已成为主流。其中关于针刺交感神经支配区域与传统医学理论针灸督脉腧穴取得的治疗效果一直是研究的核心。交感神经组成重要的植物神经系统,督脉理论是传统医学针灸治疗中的重要准则,两者之间关系复杂却有迹可循。本文总结了近期督脉与交感神经支配区域有相互参考、指导临床治疗意义的应激与治疗研究成果,并比对交感神经系统在脊段对应的督脉腧穴与督脉在脊段循行区域的解剖生理,得出脊段督脉腧穴与交感神经末梢在受刺激后的反应有相当相似程度,两者结合治疗可以取得最佳疗效的结论。It is uncommon to see acupuncture treatment merely relies on traditional medical theory in recent years.Mainstream to guide acupuncture treatment founded when modern and traditional medical theory combine.Among all the researches,the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on the sympathetic innervated area and governor vessel under traditional medical theory has been the core.The sympathetic nerve is one of the most important part of plant nervous system,and the theory of governor vessel is one of the most significant theories in traditional acupuncture therapy.The relationship between the sympathetic nervous and governor vessel is complex but traceable.This paper summarizes results of recent researches on clinic treatments which have reference value and guiding significance through comparing anatomy and physiological responses of the sympathetic nervous and governor vessel in spinal segment.The conclusion came out to show great similarity between responses of nerve endings of sympathetic nervous and acupoints on governor vessel after being stimulated.Better therapeutic effect can be achieved by combining modern and traditional acupunctural theory.
