摘　　要：针对抽蓄工程建设现场安全监督管控难度大的问题,基于视频监控系统、人员定位系统、门禁系统、车辆测速系统等模块的有机融合,构建了电站基建期安全管控中心;同时通过监督工作机制、标准化工作流程等的建立,实现了对施工现场全天候、全方位、全过程的集中安全监管,有效提升了工程施工风险的管控水平。In view of the difficult problem of safety supervision and control at the construction site of the storage project,based on the organic integration of video monitoring system,personnel positioning system,access control system,vehicle speed measurement system and other modules,the power station infrastructure safety management and control center has been built;At the same time,through the establishment of supervision of working mechanisms and standardized workflows,it realizes the all-weather,all-round and whole-process centralized safety supervision of the construction site,and effectively improves the management and control level of project construction risks.
