摘  要:为解决漏风导致锅炉负压无法维持及锅炉效率下降的问题,基于独特的y型臂、凸轮轴铰接连接结构研发了新型的炉底关断门,消除了原关断门因开闭不严造成人员和设备事故的安全隐患,提高火电机组效率的同时保证了电厂安全节能的运行。To solve the problem that the negative pressure of a boiler that cannot be maintained and the declinced boiler efficiency due to air leakage,a new type of bottom closing door is developed based on the unique y-shaped arm and camshaft hinge connection structure,which eliminates the potential safety hazards of personnel and equipment accidents caused by the original closing door due to strict opening and closing,improves the efficiency of the thermal power unit and ensures the safe and energy-saving operation of the power plant.
