中医药治疗围绝经期抑郁症的机制研究进展

摘　　要：围绝经期抑郁症是围绝经期女性常见的以情绪低落、忧郁焦虑为主要特征的情志类疾病,激素和抗抑郁类药物是目前治疗常用药物,但存在一定局限性。该病病因复杂,具体发病机制仍不明晰。笔者通过查阅相关文献,从调节神经递质水平、抑制神经细胞凋亡、调节神经内分泌激素以及协调相关信号通路表达等方面来阐述中医药治疗围绝经期抑郁症的作用机制,发现针灸、中药等中医药疗法可以通过提高神经递质水平,调节神经内分泌激素,抑制神经细胞凋亡等途径减轻抑郁症状、改善预后,且疗效显著、副作用小。Perimenopausal depression disorder(PDD)is a common disorder characterized by depressed mood,depression and anxiety in perimenopausal women.Hormonal and antidepressant drugs are commonly used for treatment,but there are limitations.The etiology of the disease is currently complex and the specific pathogenesis is still unclear.By reviewing the relevant literature,the author elaborated the action mechanism of TCM in treating PDD in terms of regulating neurotransmitter levels,inhibiting neuronal apoptosis,regulating neuroendocrine hormones,and coordinating the expression of related signaling pathways,and found that TCM therapies,such as acupuncture and Chinese medicine,can reduce depressive symptoms and improve prognosis by increasing neurotransmitter levels,regulating neuroendocrine hormones,and inhibiting neuronal apoptosis with significant efficacy and few side effects.
