摘 要:目的探讨层厚大小对使用CT/SIM Check模体联合iQA软件检测放疗CT模拟机数据结果的影响。方法对1台西门子Sensation Open CT模拟机,使用6种放疗扫描协议扫描1套CT/SIM Check模体,扫描完成后重建1.5、2、3、4和5 mm共5种层厚的CT图像序列。使用iQA软件对这些CT图像序列进行自动分析并生成报表,对报表上的质控数据结果进行分析和比较。结果通过对报表数据进行分析,得到了6种扫描协议和5种层厚情形下22种参数的质控数据,对5种不同层厚的数据计算得到了相应的四分位数间距值。由数据结果可见,HU均一性和插件4内标准差的数据随层厚的增加而减小;扫描中心纵向坐标的数值随层厚的增加有下降的趋势;线宽比-灵敏度截面的数据随层厚的增加而变大。结论使用CT/SIM Check模体联合iQA软件检测CT模拟机,层厚对HU均一性、插件4内标准差、扫描中心纵向坐标和线宽比-灵敏度截面的质控数据结果有较大影响,对其他参数的数据也有不同程度的影响。本研究为物理师使用CT/SIM Check模体联合iQA软件检测放疗CT模拟机的质控工作,提供了有益的数据参考。Objective To investigate the influence of slice thickness on the results of quality assurance(QA)by using the CT/SIM Check phantom combined with iQA software.Methods A Siemens Sensation Open CT-simulator was used to scan a CT/SIM Check phantom with 6 radiotherapy scanning protocols.After scanning,the CT series with five values of slice thickness(1.5,2,3,4 and 5 mm)were reconstructed.Then the iQA software was used to analyze the CT series automatically and provided corresponding data reports.Analysis and comparison were performed for the reports of QA.Results The QA data of 22 parameters with 6 scanning protocols and 5 values of slice thickness were obtained through analysis of the reports.Then values of interquartile range were obtained by calculation of data with 5 different values of slice thickness.The results showed that the data of HU uniformity and plug 4 inner StDev decreased with the increase of slice thickness;the value of the scan center longitudinal tended to decrease with the increase of the slice thickness;the data of wire width ratio-sensitivity profile increased with the increase of slice thickness.Conclusion There was a significant impact of slice thickness on CT-simulator QA results by using the CT/SIM Check phantom combined with iQA software for the four parameters(HU uniformity,plug 4 inner StDev,scan center longitudinal and wire width ratio-sensitivity),and different degrees of influence for the other parameters.The results of this work provides valuable data reference for medical physicists on the CT-simulator QA work by using the CT/SIM Check phantom combined with iQA software.
