风景区多类型文物建筑开放利用适宜性评价研究——以西湖风景名胜区为例

摘　　要：城市发展进入存量更新时代,文物建筑受到越来越多的关注,遗产价值的延续也使其开放利用备受重视。为探究整合性、高效性的开放利用适宜性评价方法,以适应风景区面广量大的文物建筑开放工作。以西湖风景名胜区的文物建筑为研究对象,建立了多类型协同的开放利用适宜性评价体系,并对不同类型的文物建筑开放利用适宜性的影响因素展开分析研究。研究结果表明:不同类型文物建筑开放利用适宜性关键因子存在差异性,但外部空间因子对它们均存在显著影响;游客开放意愿显示景观环境美景度备受重视,建筑围墙的存在会限制游客的开放意愿强度;遗产价值与文物建筑的开放适宜性非线性相关,其重要程度应分情况讨论。Urban development has entered the era of stock renewal,and cultural relic buildings are attracting more and more attention.In order to explore an integrated and efficient method for evaluating the adaptability of open utilization,and to adapt to the opening of a large number of cultural relics in scenic areas,a multi-type collaborative open utilization adaptability evaluation system is established with the cultural relics in the West Lake scenic area as the research object,and the influence factors of opening suitability of different types of cultural relics buildings are analyzed and studied.The results show that the key factors of opening adaptability of different types of cultural relics buildings are different,but the external space factors have significant influence on them.The existence of the building wall will limit the strength of tourists’open will,and the heritage value is non-linear related to the opening adaptability of the cultural relics buildings,and its importance should be discussed in different situations.
