超声波辅助建筑用砂氯离子快速检测方法实验研究

摘  要:采用超声波辅助全自动电位滴定,快速检测建筑用砂氯离子含量;比较全自动电位滴定与标准硝酸银滴定法的准确性及精密度。结果表明,全自动电位滴定法误差小、精度高,当氯离子含量>0.001%时,全自动电位滴定具有明显的滴定突跃;当氯离子含量<0.001%时,全自动电位滴定检测无法观测到明显的滴定突跃,需添加标准氯化钠溶液,提高仪器的灵敏度。对照GB/T14684一2022《建筑用砂》中所规定的建筑用砂的前道处理方法,研究发现超声波辅助快速检测方法与标准处理法检测结果基本一致,这有利于氯离子的析出,缩短样品浸泡时间。Using ultrasonic assisted fully automatic potentiometric titration to quickly detect the chloride ion content of building sand;The accuracy and precision of automatic potentiometric titration and standard Silver nitrate titration were compared.The results show that the automatic Potentiometric titration has small error and high precision.When the chloride ion content is more than 0.001%,the automatic potentiometric titration has obvious titration jump;When the chloride ion content is less than 0.001%,a significant titration jump cannot be observed in the fully automatic potentiometric titration detection.It is necessary to add a standard sodium chloride solution to improve the sensitivity of the instrument.Compared with the pre-treatment method for building sand specified in GB/T 14684-2022"Building Sand",research has found that the results of the ultrasonic assisted rapid detection method are basically consistent with the standard treatment method,which is conducive to the precipitation of chlorideions and shortens the samplesoaking time.
