摘　　要：防火涂料能提高建筑物的防火性能,是保证建筑防火安全的重要手段,已成为当前的研究热点。主要介绍了根据不同定义分类的防火涂料及其防火原理,针对防火涂料在不同类型建筑物中的应用进行了详细探讨,梳理并分析了防火涂料的标准和规范,阐述了用于建筑钢结构的防火涂料、混凝土防火涂料、饰面型防火涂料和电缆防火涂料的技术性能指标及其施工要点,旨在为提高施工方案的可行性和可靠性提供参考。同时,展望未来建筑防火涂料应用的研究方向,提出环保型和多功能型是其发展趋势。Fire resistant coatings are of paramount importance in ensuring the fire safety of buildings,making them a significant subject of current research.These coatings enhance the fire performance of structures and are classified based on different definitions.This article provides a comprehensive overview of fire resistant coatings,encompassing their classification,fire protection principles,a detailed exploration of their application in various building types,an analysis of relevant standards and regulations,and the technical performance indicators and construction considerations for coatings used in building steel structures,concrete,decorative coatings,and cable protection.Furthermore,this article presents an outlook on the future research directions of fire resistant coatings,with an emphasis on the development of environmentally friendly and multifunctional coatings.
