摘  要:“全过程人民民主”作为我国社会主义民主政治的最新理论概括,需要在法治人才培养过程中予以回应,方能适应“德才兼备”的法治人才培养要求。“全过程人民民主”与法治人才培养有着密切联系,包括内在与外在两方面。结合中国特色社会主义民主的具体实践理解抽象法律规范是“全过程人民民主”在法治人才培养中发挥作用的关键点,作用样态包括案例式的培养方法、模块化的知识总结。“全过程人民民主”在法治人才培养过程中发挥作用为其改革创新指引方向,包括“民主”与“法治”的相辅相成以及以数字技术辅助法治人才培养方法。As the latest theoretical summary of Socialist Democracy in China,"people's democracy in the whole process"needs to be responded to in the process of training legal talents,so as to meet the requirements of training legal talents with both ability and morality.The whole process of people's democracy is closely related to the cultivation of legal talents,including both internal and external aspects.Understanding abstract legal norms in combination with the specific practice of Socialist Democracy with Chinese characteristics is the key point for"people's democracy in the whole process"to play a role in the training of rule of law talents,including case based training methods and modular knowledge summary.The full process of people's democracy plays a role in guiding the direction of reform and innovation in the cultivation of rule of law talents,including the complementarity of"democracy"and"rule of law",as well as the use of digital technology to assist in the cultivation of rule of law talents.
