中心城市引领都市圈高质量发展的内在机理和推进路径研究

摘　　要：都市圈已经成为我国城镇化的主要载体和平台,但是仍然存在发展质量不高、协同程度不够等问题,迫切需要中心城市充分发挥核心引领作用,在国土空间优化开发、基础设施互联互通、公共服务共建共享等领域,从协调机制、规划引导、要素配置、平台搭建、社会共识等方面加快完善政策体系,从而实现都市圈的协同协调发展。Metropolitan area has become the main carrier and platform in China’s urbanization,but there still exist some problems such as the low development quality and insufficient coordination etc.In the fields such as optimizing the development of national space,connecting the infrastructure,and jointly constructing and sharing the public services,it is urgent for the central city to give full play to their core leading role,and accelerate the improvement of the policy system from the aspects of coordination mechanism,planning guidance,element allocation,platform construction,and social consensus,so as to achieve the coordinated development of the metropolitan area.
