摘  要:目的了解南充市淡水蟹中食源性并殖吸虫病的感染情况及居民相关行为,为防治工作提供依据。方法2022年2、3、4季度采集南充市流通环节(包括超市零售店和农贸市场)和餐饮环节的淡水蟹,通过集卵法开展并殖吸虫囊蚴检测和计数;对采样点所在的乡镇/街道常住居民进行相关知识行为调查;采用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计学描述分析,率的比较采用χ^(2)分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果共解剖淡水蟹55只,均未检出并殖吸虫囊蚴,感染率为0;共问卷调查400名居民,其中26.00%听说过并殖吸虫病,13.15%有食用未熟溪蟹行为,48.75%有玩溪蟹行为,71.25%有饮溪水的行为。结论此次调查市场流通环节和餐饮环节中购买食用淡水蟹没有感染并殖吸虫的可能,但是当地居民有不卫生饮食行为习惯,出现或暴发并殖吸虫病的可能性大。Objective To understand the infection of food borne disease paragonimiasis in fresh water crabs and the related behaviors of residents in Nanchong City,so as to provide basis for the prevention and control.Methods In the second,third and fourth quarters of 2022,water crabs from circulation links(including supermarket retail stores and farmers'markets)and catering links in Nanchongg were collected,and the metacercariae of paragonimuss were detected and counted;Conduct relevant behavior investigation on the permanent residents of the township/street where the sampling point was located.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical description analysis.P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results Totally 400 residents underwent the questionnaire survey and 26.00%of them had heard about paragonimiasis,13.15%of them had eaten undercooked water crabs,48.75%of them had played with water crabs,and 71.25%of them had drunk stream water.Totally 55 water crabs were dissected,and metacercariae of paragonimus were found O.Conclusions In this survey,the purchase of edible freshwater crabs in the market circulation and catering links is not likely to be infected with paragonimiasis,but the local residents have unhygienic eating habits,there is a high probability of occurrenceor outbreak of paragonimiasis.
