摘  要:目的 结合本中心实验室的条件,对染料车间空气中的硫酸二甲酯的溶剂解吸-高效液相色谱法测定方法进行详细优化,并用于实际样品分析。方法 使用溶剂解吸-高效液相色谱法,通过KromasiL C18柱分离硫酸二甲酯,并用Waters 1525高效液相色谱仪检测,构建线性方程,对实际样品进行外标法定量检测。相关计数资料经正态性检验,符合正态分布后再进行配对t检验进行检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 硫酸二甲酯在0~150.0μg/ml浓度范围内线性良好(r=0.999 2),方法检出限为0.2μg/ml,加标回收率为101.71%,相对标准偏差为1.83%~4.16%。借助Excel2019建立数据库和IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0进行统计分析,相关计数资料经正态性检和t检验进行检验。结论 该检测方法经针对性优化后,方法指标良好,能够更好的适用于本中心实验室对染料车间空气中硫酸二甲酯的检测。Objective A detailed optimization of the solvent desorption-high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of dimethyl sulfate in dye workshop air was carried out and used for the analysis of actual samples,taking into account the conditions in our laboratory.Methods Dimethyl sulfate was separated by a KromasiL C18 column with using solvent desorption-high performance liquid chromatography,and it was detected by a Waters 1525 high performance liquid chromatograph to construct a linear equation for the quantification of the actual sample by external standard method.The relevant count data were tested for normality,the paired Ttest was performed after conforming to the normal distribution.The differences P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The linearity of dimethyl sulfate was good in the concentration range of 0-150.0μg/ml(r=0.9992),the detection limit of the method was 0.2μg/ml,the spiked recovery was 101.71%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.83%-4.16%.Statistical analysis was performed with the aid of Excel 2019 to establish a database and IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0, and the relevant count data were tested by normality check and t- test.Conclusions After targeted optimization, the detection method has a good index, it can be betterapplied to the detection of dimethyl sulfate in the air of dye workshop in our laboratory.
