摘 要:地震的随机性特点决定了结构抗震设计必须采用“小震不坏,中震可修,大震不倒”的抗震设计基本原则,必须包括并充分重视抗罕遇地震(大震)设计内容。通过论述国外及中国抗大震设计方法,给出建筑结构抗大震设计方法的初步建议,根据不同类构件的性能目标要求,将构件划分为耗能构件和承载力构件,且构件抗震承载力与弹塑性变形的验算应以构件为基准,建议相关软件应提供结构构件在大震下的受力及变形。The randomness of earthquakes determines that the basic principle of seismic design of"no damage under small earthquake,repairable under moderate earthquake,do not collapse under rare earthquake(large earthquake)must be implemented in the seismic design of structures,and the design content of resisting rare earthquakes must be included and fully emphasized.By discussing the design methods for resisting large earthquake in foreign countries and China,the preliminary suggestions for the design methods of building structures against large earthquake were given.According to the performance target requirements of different types of components,the components are divided into energy dissipation components and bearing capacity components,and the checking calculation of seismic bearing capacity and elastic-plastic deformation of components should be based on the components.It is suggested that relevant software should provide the internal force and deformation of components under large earthquake.
