摘　　要：结构检测鉴定是进行既有建筑安全评定、建筑结构改造设计与加固的重要依据,目前我国工程技术人员评价既有建筑抗震性能的主要依据是《建筑抗震鉴定标准》(GB 50023—2009),在鉴定过程中仍会遇到一些疑点、难点或标准尚未明确的问题。结合项目组多年从事房屋结构检测鉴定的工作经验,对建筑结构抗震鉴定中涉及到的后续使用年限及鉴定依据、外观质量、抗震措施鉴定、抗震承载力计算等方面的问题进行了分析和讨论,并提出了相关建议,以期为指导工程实践及规范修编提供参考。Structural inspection and appraisal is an important basis for safety assessment,structural transformation design and reinforcement of existing buildings.At present,the main basis for engineers and technicians to evaluate the seismic performance of existing buildings is Standard for seismic appraisal of buildings(GB 50023—2009).In the appraisal process,there are still some doubts,difficulties or unclear standards.Combined with the working experience of the project team engaged in the inspection and appraisal of building structure for many years,the problems related to the follow-up service life and appraisal basis,appearance quality,appraisal of anti-seismic measures,calculation of anti-seismic bearing capacity were analyzed and discussed,and relevant suggestions was put forward,so as to provide reference for guiding engineering practice and code revision.
