摘 要:青岛东方伊甸园温室馆位于海边盐碱地,整体高度约57.4m,结构呈“水滴形”。钢屋盖短向跨度133.5m,长向跨度193m,上覆ETFE气枕。本项目面临风荷载为主控的结构选型,大跨度钢拱壳结构外推力的有效平衡,软土高腐蚀性地基的不利影响的处理,钢结构节点的设计等众多技术难题。结合本工程的成功实施,介绍了位于软土地基上的大跨度钢拱壳结构所遇到的问题、解决方法和采用的关键技术。重点介绍了主控荷载作用下结构形体参数化找形、钢结构构成逻辑、整体结构设计理念、针对高腐蚀性的软弱地基处理策略、钢结构关键节点设计方法、钢结构屈曲稳定分析、场心地基处理对被动桩的有利影响。结果表明:结构设计合理,经济安全。Qingdao Oriental Eden is located in a saline and alkaline land by the sea.The overall height of the greenhouse is 57.4 meters,and the overall structure is in a“water droplet shape”.The steel roof has a short span of 133.5 meters and a long span of 193 meters,and is covered with ETFE membrane.The project faces numerous technical challenges such as wind load dominated structural selection,effective balance of external thrust of large-span steel arch shell structures,treatment of adverse effects of soft soil and highly corrosive foundations,and design of special steel structure joints.Based on the successful implementation of this project,the problems encountered,solutions,and key technologies adopted in the large-span steel arch shell structure on soft soil foundation were introduced,with a focus on the parameterized shape finding of the structural form under the action of the main control load,the logic of steel structure composition,the overall structural design concept,the treatment strategy for high corrosive soft soil foundation,the design method for key joints of steel structure,and the buckling stability analysis of steel structure,the beneficial effect of core foundation treatment on passive piles.The results show that the structural design is reasonable and economically safe.
