摘 要:杭州国际中心项目包括两栋超高层塔楼(主塔、副塔)及相连裙房,两栋塔楼采用钢筋混凝土核心筒-钢梁-钢管混凝土柱结构体系。塔楼平面为短边凹入的近矩形,立面为竹节造型,结构侧向刚度较柔、横风向响应较大。通过风洞试验,研究了各风向角下有周边建筑、最不利风向角下无周边建筑工况下的风荷载。结构风振舒适度分析采用根据当地风气候分析所得的折减后10年重现期风速值,并补充验算了1年重现期风振舒适度。针对风致加速度响应较大的副塔进行了敏感性分析,对结构构件进行了适当的加大。结果表明:风洞试验结果大部分略大于规范风荷载,但是二者相差不大,风荷载沿竖向分布较均匀,未由于体型特殊而产生不合理的较大风致响应。两栋塔楼风振加速度均能满足正常使用要求。Hangzhou International Center consists of 2 super high-rise towers and adjacent podium buildings.The two towers adopt a reinforced concrete core-steel beam-concrete-filled steel tube column structure system.The plane of the tower is nearly rectangular with a concave short edge and the facade is bamboo shaped.The lateral stiffness of the structure is soft and the response of the transverse wind is large.Through wind tunnel test,the wind loads under the conditions of surrounding buildings at each wind angle and no surrounding buildings at the most unfavorable wind angle were studied.The wind vibration comfort level of structure was analyzed by using the wind speed value of 10 years reduced in the return period based on the analysis of local wind climate,and the wind vibration comfort level of 1 year in the return period was supplemented by checking calculation.The sensitivity analysis of the secondary tower with large wind-induced acceleration response was carried out and the structural members were increased appropriately.The results show that most of the wind tunnel test results are slightly larger than the standard wind loads,but there is little difference between them.The wind loads are distributed evenly along the vertical,and no unreasonable large wind-induced response is generated due to the special body type.The wind induced vibration of 2 towers can satisfy structure serviceability.
