摘  要:以鄂州花湖机场转运中心工程为例,介绍了BIM技术在本项目结构设计、施工准备和施工实施阶段具体的数字化应用路线,并在“如何提高数字化设计效率、如何提升数字化成果价值和如何通过数字化施工手段提高工程品质”等建筑行业数字化转型的关键问题上给出了见解。在设计阶段,制定合理的正向设计流程、模型交付深度规定和利用二次开发手段可以有效地提高设计效率;在施工准备阶段,模型深化设计、模型审核和模型编码工作能创造更高的数字化成果价值;在施工实施过程中,充分应用数字化施工技术能极大地提升工程品质。Taking Ezhou Huahu Airport Transfer Center project as an example,the specific digital application route of BIM technology in the structural design,construction preparation and construction implementation stages of this project were introduced,and provides opinions on key issues of digital transformation vin architecture fields,such as exploring how to improve the efficiency of digital design,how to enhance the value of digital achievements,how to use digital construction methods to improve project quality.In the design stage,by formulating an appropriate forward design process,specifying reasonable model delivery depth regulations and taking secondary development methods can effectively improve the design efficiency;at the stage of construction preparation,model detail design,model reviewing and model coding works can create higher value of digital achievements;during the construction process,taking full advantage of digital construction technology can greatly improve the project quality.
