摘  要:黑黄檀是我国珍贵硬木树种,观察黑黄檀枝条木材的宏观、微观构造,并通过木材解离,观察各种细胞的形态特征。结果表明,黑黄檀为散孔材,管孔主要呈圆形,单管孔及径列复管孔,管间纹孔互列;轴向薄壁组织肉眼下较明显,主要为带状;木射线肉眼可见,射线类型为单列或多列,射线组织主要为同形单列及多列,宽2~3个细胞,高5~10个细胞;木纤维呈细长纺锤形,两端尖削,属中等长度纤维;轴向薄壁组织或射线细胞中偶含有结晶体和颗粒状内含物,结晶体多为菱形或方形。枝条散射线类型不同,成熟黑黄檀心材射线类型以多列射线为主。黑黄檀枝条轴向薄壁组织比相近林龄的降香黄檀和交趾黄檀的明显丰富。通过对黑黄檀枝条构造特征研究,可为黑黄檀木材生长发育及木材形成提供基础理论依据。Dalbergia cultrata was a precious hardwood tree species in China.The macro and micro structures of D.cultrata wood wer observed with the help of microscope,and the morphological characteristics of various cells were observed through wood dissociation.The results showed that D.cultrata sandalwood were porous materials,the tube holes were mainly circular,single tube holes and diameter rows were multiple tube holes,and the striated holes between tubes were arranged with each othe.Axial parenchyma was obvious under the naked eye,mainly banded;visible to the naked eye,the ray type was single row or multi row.The ray tissue was mainly different type I,2~3 cells wide and 5~10 cells high;The wood fiber was slender spindle shaped,with sharp ends.It was a medium length fiber.Crystals and granular inclusions were occasionally contained in axial parenchyma or ray cells,and most of the crystals were prismatic or square.Different from the branch ray type,the ray type of mature sandalwood heartwood was mainly multi-column rays.The axial parenchyma of branches of D.cultrata was significantly richer than that of D.odorifera and D.cochinchinensis at similar stand ages.Through the study of the structural characteristics of D.cultrata branches,this paperprovided a basic theoreticalbasis forthe growth and developmentof D.cultrata and wood formation.
