15%溴氰虫酰胺·氟氯氰菊酯悬乳剂的配方研究

摘  要:本文通过对乳化剂、润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂等得筛选,最终确定了15%溴氰虫酰胺·氟氯氰菊酯悬乳剂最佳配方。配方组分为溴氰虫酰胺9%、氟氯氰菊酯6%、500#4%、D9856%、601PT 3%、DP702%、黄原胶0.2%、硅酸镁铝2.0%、丙二醇4.0%、消泡剂0.2%、柠檬酸0.2%,水补足至100%。实验结果表明,该产品热储(54℃±2℃)分解率<5%,其它各项指标符合悬乳剂的技术标准。The formulation of Cyantraniliprole+Beta-cyfluthrin 15%SE was developed witha focus on safety and environmental protection.Through the screening of various additive agents such as wetting and dispersing agents,thickeners and antifreezers,an optimum formula was determined.The composition of the formulation is as follows:Cyantraniliprole 9%,Beta-cyfluthrin 6%,500#4%,D9856%,601PT 3%,DP702%,xanthatgum 0.2%,magmesium ahumirnum silicate 2.0%,1,2-Propanediol 4.0%,organosilicone defoamer 0.2%,CitricAcid 0.2%,and water making up the remainder to 100%.The experiment results showed that decomposition rate of active ingredient was less than 5%at 54℃±2℃over a period of 14 days,meeting the required standards for the formulation.
