摘　　要：本文报道1例被误诊误治的麻风病病例,根据收集的临床及病理资料进行回顾性分析,以提高临床医生对麻风病的认识。中山市第二人民医院收治1例以无明显诱因下肢出现红色丘疹、脓疱、结节等症状的麻风病患者,病理证实Ⅱ型麻风反应。麻风病是慢性传染病,临床表现多样,涉及多学科,加之临床医生对其认知匮乏,容易误诊。本文探讨了麻风病患者发病的临床特点及合并肺部感染的影像学表现、临床诊断依据,以及积极有效的综合治疗手段。提高临床医生的警惕性,使之降低麻风病误诊误治发生率。A case of leprosy misdiagnosed and mistreated was reported,and the clinical and pathological data collected were analyzed retrospectively to improve the understanding of leprosy among clinicians.A leper with symptoms such as red papules,pustules and nodules on the lower limbs without obvious inducement was admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Zhongshan City,and the pathology confirmed the type Ⅱ leper reaction.Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease,with diverse clinical manifestations and involving many disciplines.In addition,clinicians lack knowledge about it and are prone to misdiagnosis.This paper discusses the clinical characteristics of the leprosy patient,the imaging manifestations of pulmonary infection,the basis of clinical diagnosis,and the active and effective comprehensive treatment methods.Strengthen the vigilance of clinicians,report suspected cases in time and reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis and therapeutic error.
