摘 要:高温高压井地面测试计量主要依赖人工在作业区域内操作承压设备,近距离检查、判断和处置作业异常,存在一定的安全风险。通过升级电气化控制地面测试设备,建立和优化算法模型,搭建测试参数数据库,实现稳定控压、产量测试、液气分离等作业的智能控制;利用图像智能识别方法,构建测试风险识别模型和数据库,对采集到的图像进行风险智能识别、预警和控制,建立地面测试流程的自动化集中控制系统。在川渝地区J1等井成功应用了26井次,实现全套流程多个节点的计算机远程一键自动控制、测试作业区域无人值守、测试风险图像智能识别和主动控制,显著降低了作业安全风险,满足高温高压油气井地面测试安全、高效的作业需求,应用前景广阔。The surface testing and metering for high-temperature high-pressure(HTHP)wells primarily rely on manual operation of pressure equipment in the work area,involving close-range inspection,judgment,and handling of operational anomalies,which poses certain safety risks.By upgrading the electrical control of surface testing equipment,building/optimizing the algorithm model,and establishing the testing parameter database,the intelligent control of stable pressure control,production testing,liquid-gas separation and other operations is realized.By using the image intelligent recognition method,the risk identification models and databases are constructed,allowing for intelligent recognition,early warning,and control of risks based on collected images.Thus,an automated centralized control system for surface testing process is established.This technology has been successfully applied in 26 wells,including J1,in the Sichuan-Chongqing region,enabling a computerized remote one-key automatic control of multiple nodes in the entire process,unmanned operation in the testing work area,intelligent recognition and active control of testing risk images.The technology significantly reduces operational safety risks,meets the requirements for safe and efficient surface testing for HTHP oil and gas wells,showing broad application prospects.For a long time,manual labor has been applied to operate pressure equipment of well testing,and for close inspection,judgment and disposal of abnormal operation,which has high safety risk,especially in high temperature and high pressure wells.In this research,surface well testing equipment have been updated to realize electric control,algorithm model and testing parameters database have been established to realize the intelligent control of pressure adjustment,liquid-gas separation,and well testing,etc,and well testing risk identification model and database have been established so as to realize well testing risk intelligent identification,alarm and control.In this way,surface well testing centralized
