摘  要:套变井桥塞-射孔联作施工过程中,工程事故率增高、施工时效降低、井控安全风险增大、施工质量难以得到保证。统计川南地区近两年套管变形井的桥射联作施工情况,分析了套管变形井的射孔难点,提出了针对性的射孔方法,对不同程度套管变形井优选了各型桥射联作管串,通过开发的“泵送程序设计”软件对管串泵送程序进行了优化,形成有效的套变井桥射联作技术。L203HX-2井出现套管变形后,采用推荐的73型射孔器+∅85 mm桥塞管串进行作业,通过优化管串泵送程序,成功进行了套管变形井段的桥射联作施工。该技术能为其他套管变形井的桥射联作施工提供技术支持,具有一定的推广价值。In the construction process of plug and perforating operation in casing deformation wells,engineering accident rate increases,construction time and efficiency decreases,well control safety risk increases,and construction quality is difficult to be guaranteed.According to the plug and perforating operation statistics of the casing deformation wells in Southern Sichuan in recent two years,analyzed the perforation difficulty,proposed the specific perforation method,selected several pumping strings of plug and perforation operation of the casing deformation wells with various degrees,optimized the pumping program through the software“Pumping Program Design”,finally formed the effective plug and perforating operation technique for casing deformation wells.Casing deformation appeared in well L203HX-2,then the 73perforator+∅85 mm plug strings recommended was used in construction,and the pumping program was optimized,finally plug-perforation operation in casing deformation section was successfully performed.This technique can provide technical support for other plug-perforation operation in casing deformation wells,it has certain promotion value.
