摘  要:合川-潼南地区海相储层埋深4000~4500 m,属于深层海相酸性气藏,具有储层温度高、非均质性强、水平应力差值较大、部分层位厚度大等特征,难以实现均衡酸压改造,需采用暂堵等措施来提高纵向上改造程度,以达到各小层酸液均匀进液的目的。结合暂堵限流酸压工艺需求,评价了研制的耐高温暂堵球,该暂堵球在120℃条件下8 h内完全降解,封堵强度达40 MPa以上;优化了暂堵球大小、用量、泵送排量及投注方式,形成了投球暂堵限流酸压工艺技术。现场试验及推广应用表明,泵注压力上升了2~4.2 MPa,暂堵限流效果明显,有助于酸液进入最小水平主应力相对较高的射孔段,从而实现均衡改造。The marine reservoir in Hechuan-Tongnan area,with a buried depth of 4000~4500 m,belongs to a deep marine acidic gas reservoir,characterized by high reservoir temperature,strong heterogeneity,large horizontal stress difference,and large thickness of some layers.It is difficult to achieve balanced acid fracturing transformation,and measures such as temporary plugging need to be taken to improve the degree of vertical upward transformation to achieve the goal of uniform acid injection into each small layer.Based on the requirements of temporary plugging and flow limiting acid fracturing process,the developed high-temperature resistant temporary plugging ball was evaluated.The temporary plugging ball completely degraded within 8 hours at 120℃,and the plugging strength reached over 40 MPa;The size,dosage,pumping displacement,and injection method of temporary plugging balls have been optimized,forming a temporary plugging and flow limiting acid fracturing process technology.The field test and popularization application show that the pump injection pressure has increased by 2~4.2 MPa,and the temporary plugging and flow limiting effect is obvious,which helps the acid liquid enter the perforated section with relatively high minimum horizontal principal stress,thereby achieving balanced transformation.
