摘　　要：人才培养方案是大学特色与育人质量的重要体现,坚持“以学生中心”的教育理念已成为高等教育改革的核心要求。完全学分制是新时代高等教育改革的主要趋势,其凸显学生主体地位,推动教学体系开放,适应多元化培养需求,将综合性大学的完全学分制改革实践与人才培养方案构建有机融合,能够有效促进高素质创新人才培养,为不同类型大学探索高质量人才培养体系提供范式和路径。Talent training program is the characteristic of a university,and also an important reflection of the talents cultivation quality.Adhering to the educational philosophy of Student Center has become the core requirement of higher education reform.Full credit system is the main trend of higher education reform in the new era.It highlights the dominant position of students,which promotes the opening of the teaching system and adapts to the diversified training needs.Full credit system organically integrates the full credit system reform practice in comprehensive universities with the talent training programs construction.Besides,it can effectively promote the high-quality innovative talents cultivation and provide a paradigm and path for different types of universities to explore high-quality talent cultivation system.
