博士生视角下的导师角色定位研究——基于977篇优博论文致谢的文本分析

摘　　要：文章采用文本分析法和质性分析软件NVivo12 Plus对1995—2011年间977份国家优秀博士学位论文致谢文本进行深入挖掘,构建了一个包含3种维度、6个主要类属、14个次要类属及57个条目的博士生导师角色框架:“科研榜样”是博士生导师扮演的核心角色,“良师益友”是导师角色实现的基本要求,“人生导师”是导师角色实现的最高境界。对博士生导师提升角色胜任力的启示在于:聚焦专业发展,遵循教育规律,注重人文关怀。This study used text analysis method and NVivo 12 Plus to analyze 977 national outstanding doctoral dissertation acknowledgments from 1995 to 2011,and constructed a doctoral supervisor role framework including 3 dimensions,6 major categories,14 minor categories and 57 items:"model of scientific research"is the core role played by the supervisor,"good teacher and friend"is the basic requirement to realize the role of supervisor,and"life mentor"is the highest realm to realize the role of supervisor.The inspiration for promoting role competence of doctoral supervisors lies in focusing on professional development,following the law of education,and paying attention to humanistic care.
