摘  要:通过跨学科研究推出基础研究原创成果,已经成为现代学术创新的重要模式之一。卡文迪许实验室、英国分子生物学实验室和冷泉港实验室都在深入开展单一学科研究的基础上,以探寻新的学术方向为目标,以重大社会需求为动力,组建跨学科团队,“孵化”出大量基础研究原创成果。3个实验室积极引进与培养跨学科人才,营造跨学科学术文化,扶持原创性基础研究,使跨学科团队成为原创性基础研究的生力军。为了实现前瞻性基础研究、引领性原创成果重大突破,我国要借鉴国外大学及研究机构的经验,倡导高校围绕基础研究关键领域,组建跨学科团队,培养跨学科基础研究拔尖人才,“孵化”原创学术成果。The interdisciplinary research has become an important model of modern academic innovation for original academic achievements in basic research.Cavendish Laboratory,MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology and The Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory are all exploring new academic directions relying on major social needs to form interdisciplinary teams so as to"incubate"a large number of original achievements in basic research.The three laboratories have introduced and trained many interdisciplinary intellectuals,and built an interdisciplinary academic culture,and supported pioneering basic research,so that the interdisciplinary teams have been the force of original basic research.In order to achieve a major breakthrough in forward-looking basic research and leading original achievements,China should learn from the experience of foreign universities and research institutions to build academic teams around key areas of basic research,and train top talents in interdisciplinary basic research in order to"incubate"original academic achievements in basic research.
