摘 要:为了扩展可调谐超材料吸波器的工作带宽,提出一种将变容二极管串联后制备宽带可调谐磁性吸波超材料的方法;根据等效电路理论分析可调谐吸波超材料的工作机理,通过变容二极管的串联增加超材料的低频可调谐带宽,并与磁性吸波材料进行复合,拓展超材料的高频吸波性能。结果表明,制得的复合超材料在频率为0.8~1.5 GHz时具有连续可调谐的吸收峰,同时在频率为2~18 GHz时实现了宽带吸收。To expand the working bandwidth of tunable metamaterial absorbers,a design method for fabricating broadband tunable magnetic absorbing metamaterial by connecting varactors in series was proposed.Based on the equivalent circuit theory,working principle of the tunable absorbing metamaterial was analyzed.The low-frequency tunable bandwidth of the metamaterial was increased by connecting two varactors in series,and it was compounded with the magnetic absorbing material to extend the high-frequency absorbing performance of the metamaterial.Simulation and experimental results show that the composite metamaterial absorber has a tunable absorption peak in 0.8-1.5 GHz,and simultaneously realize a broadband absorption in 2-18 GHz.
