摘  要:分别对有效直径相同的天然橡胶支座(LNR)、铅芯橡胶支座(LRB)及尚未放入铅芯的铅芯橡胶支座(简称大中孔支座)进行了竖向压缩试验。由试验结果计算得到竖向压缩刚度进行比较,分析了三种试件实测值的差异性。结果表明,在设计基准面压力作用下,大中孔天然橡胶支座的竖向刚度与支座的第一形状系数和中孔约束作用影响有关。大中孔支座的竖向刚度介于相同有效直径的铅芯橡胶支座和天然橡胶支座之间,其中内部橡胶层的初始刚度也介于两者之间。Vertical compression tests are conducted on natural rubber bearings(LNR),lead core rubber bearings(LRB),and LRB without lead core(referred as elastomeric isolators with large mesopore).All those bearings are with the same effective diameter.The vertical compressive stiffness are calculated from the experimental results,and differences in the measured values are compared and analyzed.The results indicate that under the design compressive stress,the vertical stiffness of elastomeric isolators with large mesopore is related to the 1st shape factor of the bearing and the influence of the constraint effect of the size of the mesopore.The vertical stiffness of the elastomeric isolator with large mesopore is between LRB and LRN with the same effective diameter,and the initial stiffness of the internal rubber layer is also between the two.
