摘 要:利用油页岩半焦中石英和长石矿物相皆为烧制陶瓷所需物相,以及残留有机质可以在高温下分解放出气体形成微孔的特性,以油页岩干馏制备页岩油时产生的油页岩半焦为主要原材料,以淀粉为造孔剂,高岭石和石英为添加剂制备多孔陶瓷。采用万能压力机、导热系数仪及扫描电子显微镜探究了油页岩半焦中残余有机质、淀粉掺量等对材料性能的影响。结果表明:油页岩半焦中残余的有机质对于样品的气孔率等性能影响不大,但能使样品的微观形貌得到改善,增加样品的导热系数及强度。The quartz and feldspar mineral phases in oil shale semi-coke are both required for ceramic firing,and the residual organic matter can decompose and release gas to form micropores at high temperatures.The oil shale semi-coke is used as the main raw material,starch is used as pore making agent,and kaolinite and quartz are used as additives to prepare porous ceramics.The effects of residual organic matter and starch content on the properties of oil shale semi-coke were investigated by means of universal press,thermal conductivity meter and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the residual organic matter in the oil shale semi-coke has little effect on the porosity and other properties of the sample,but can improve the microstructure of the sample and increase the thermal conductivity and strength of the sample.
