摘 要:为提高以烷基咪唑啉乳化剂为基础乳化剂的乳化沥青破乳速度,对其复配不同乳化剂和稳定剂的乳化沥青破乳速度、储存稳定性及标准黏度进行研究。结果表明,随着复配乳化剂比例的增加,烷基咪唑啉乳化沥青的破乳速度增加,储存稳定性变差。提高复配稳定剂的比例能够提高烷基咪唑啉乳化沥青的稳定性与破乳速度,但会使标准黏度增加过大。以3∶1比例复配烷基咪唑啉与聚氧乙烯醚类乳化剂制备的乳化沥青能够满足喷洒型改性乳化沥青PCR的技术要求。In order to improve the demulsification rate of emulsified asphalt with alkyl imidazoline emulsifier as the basic emulsifier,the demulsification rate,storage stability and standard viscosity of emulsified asphalt with different emulsifiers and stabilizers were studied.The results show that the demulsification rate of alkyl imidazoline emulsified asphalt increases and the storage stability becomes worse with the increase of the proportion of compound emulsifiers.Increasing the proportion of compound stabilizer can improve the stability and demulsification speed of alkyl imidazoline emulsified asphalt,but will increase the standard viscosity too much.The emulsified asphalt prepared with 3∶1 alkyl imidazoline and polyoxyethylene ether emulsifier can meet the technical requirements of spraying modified emulsified asphalt PCR.
