摘  要:在新型伺服直驱式二次供水快速发展下,重点研究了立式多级离心泵转矩的Fluent仿真分析,首先对离心泵进行有限元模型设计,其次进行流场求解设置,再求得不同工况下转矩的最值和改变转动轴的转速,分别测量各个转速下的转动轴转矩的大小以及出水口流量,最后得出立式多级离心泵的转矩与转速成正比关系。Under the rapid development of the new servo direct-drive secondary water supply.This paper focuses on the simulation analysis of the torque of the vertical multistage centrifugal pump.First,the finite element model of the centrifugal pump is designed,then the flow field is solved and set,then the maximum torque under different working conditions and the rotational speed of the rotating shaft are obtained,and the torque of the rotating shaft and the flow at the water outlet are measured respectively at each speed.Finally,the torque of the vertical multistage centrifugal pump is directly proportional to the rotational speed.
