摘 要:目前城市地铁建设发展迅速,以不同工法下穿桥梁等重大风险源工程项目越来越多,但是超大跨暗挖平顶直墙结构下穿桥梁的工程案例却很少见。以北京地铁16号线达官营站换乘通道结构为依托,通过平顶直墙结构导洞分幅、开挖、结构施作等各关键阶段施工对上部桥梁及基础的影响程度及可能带来的危害进行分析,制定出桥梁注浆、顶升加固等设计关键措施以及合理的施工工序。根据制定的措施及关键施工步序对上部的桥梁及桥桩安全性影响进行数值模拟分析评价,实现了下穿桥梁安全可控,并与实际监测数据进行了对比,进而验证了研究成果的适用性、合理性和科学性。At present,the construction of the urban subway is developing rapidly,there are more and more major risk projects such as different construction methods of down through the bridge.However,there are less engineering cases of the underground-cut super-large-span flat-topped and straight wall structures under-crossing bridges.Relying on the transfer channel structure of the Daguanying Station of Beijing Metro Line 16,we word out the key design measures of bridge grouting and jacking reinforcement measures and the reasonable construction procedures,through the impact analysis and the possible hazard of the key stages construction of separae pilot hole,excavation,structural construction to the upper bridge and bridge piles.we carried out the simulation analysis of the safety impact of the key design measures of bridge grouting and jacking reinforcement measures and the reasonable construction procedures to the upper bridge and bridge,we worked out the and realized the safety control of the under-crossing bridge,and compared the actual monitoring data,to verify the applicability,rationality and scientificity of the research results.
