加味安魂汤联合西药治疗原发性失眠症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味安魂汤联合西药治疗原发性失眠症的疗效观察。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年1月南平市延平区王台中心卫生院收治的原发性失眠症患者65例,采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=32)。对照组口服佐匹克隆治疗,观察组给予加味安魂汤联合佐匹克隆治疗。比较分析2组患者的治疗效果、睡眠情况、睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、失眠严重程度指数(ISI)、Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)评分及并发症情况。结果:治疗前,2组患者醒觉次数、深睡眠时间、总睡眠时间水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组醒觉次数水平均降低,深睡眠时间、总睡眠时间升高,且观察组变化情况更为明显(P<0.05);治疗后,2组SRSS、PSQI评分水平均降低,观察组变化情况更为明显(P<0.05);治疗前,2组ISI、ESS评分水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组ISI、ESS评分水平均降低,但ESS无显著差异,观察组ISI评分变化更为明显(P<0.05);2组并发症主要为乏力、口干、嗜睡及头晕,各指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在原发性失眠症患者中应用加味安魂汤联合西药效果显著,可有效改善患者睡眠情况,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To studyEffect of Observation on the curative effect of Jiawei Anhun decoction combined with western medicine in treating primary insomnia.Methods:A total of 65 patients with primary insomnia in Wangtai Central Health Center of Yanping District of Nanping City From January 2020 to January 2022were selected and divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=32)by random number table method.The control group was treated with zopiclone,and the observation group was treated with modified Anhun decoction combined with zopiclone.The treatment effect,sleep status,sleep status self-rating scale(SRSS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),insomnia severity index(ISI),Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)scores and complications were compared.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in awakening time,deep sleep time and total sleep time between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of awakening timedecreased in both groups,while the deep sleep time and total sleep time increased,and the changes were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SRSS and PSQI scores between the two groups.After treatment,the scores of SRSS and PSQI in the two groups were decreased,and the changes in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ISI and ESS scores between the two groups.After treatment,the ISI and ESS scores of the two groups were decreased,no significant difference in ESS and the ISI score level of the observation group changed more significantly(P<0.05).The main complications were fatigue,dry mouth,lethargy and dizziness,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of modified Anhun decoction combined with western medicine in patients with primary insomnia has significant effect,which can effectively improve the sleep condition of patients.
